We are not requiring appointments and serving walk-up customers during move-in and Orientation week. Please look for signage when you arrive at the UC as we will have two locations, one for card pick up (for those who submitted their photo online) and one for people still needing a photo. You can find out what to expect by reviewing our safety measures.
Please note, we are coordinating with departments and programs to establish alternative pick up locations for subpopulations of students, including students living in the Residence Halls, first-year law students, and first-year physical therapy students.
By Appointment Hours
For safety reasons, we are providing service in-person by appointment at the Griz Card Center. Appointments help manage traffic in our small office space. We may not be able to accomodate customers without an appointment. Please schedule an appointment prior to visiting the Griz Card Center. You can find out what to expect by reviewing our safety measures.
Staff are working remotely and responding to UM Solutions Requests, email and will be checking voicemail regularly during standard business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. when we are not available in the office.
