Most of The University of Montana's large scale events, from the Kyi Yo Pow Wow to Commencement, and a variety of family events such as circuses, basketball, motorcycle, and equestrian exhibitions are regularly hosted at the Adams Center.
The Adams Center has the largest indoor floor capacity in Missoula, MT with 14,700 contiguous square feet of space on the arena floor. Additional event space includes an 8,000 square foot room with a Sport Floor surface and a 9,000 square foot gymnasium (1500 bleacher seats available). If even more space is desired, an elevated, open space overlooking the arena floor (referred to as North B) provides another 5,400 square feet. Utilizing the south, east and west concourses expands floor space by another 7,200 square feet. All together the Adams Center has as much as 44,300 square feet of floor space.
The Adams Center is equipped with four dressing rooms, a state of the art public address system and a sound system hard wired into the arena and the gymnasium.
For an additional touch of class, the Sky Club can be reserved for a welcoming cocktail party or catered meal, or as a place for tired vendors to take a break. It is elegant but not pretentious, and comfortably seats up to 100 guests.
Around the perimeter of the arena are eight permanent concession stands featuring a wide variety of foods and beverages. The Grizzly Grill offers up nostalgic standard fare while Baskin Robbins, Pizza Hut, and We're Nuts! provide more variety to the mix. Space for additional concessions and merchandise sales is negotiable.
