FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: SEASON TICKETS

Q. How do I get Football Season Tickets?
Starting July 5th of each year, a limited number of Grizzly Football Season tickets will be available for purchase. Additional processing and Grizzly Scholarship Association fees may apply. All sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and payment is due at the time of purchase.

Due to the success of the football program and interest in season tickets, the Adams Center Box Office and the UM Athletic Department no longer maintain a waiting list. Requests received prior to July 1st, 2011 are null and void.

Q. When is the Football season ticket renewal deadline?
The Football renewal deadline is May 1st, after the 15th all unpaid season seats and parking will be dropped from all customer accounts. Pay by April 1 to receive the Early Bird Discount!

Q. How do I know if I received the seat or parking request?
If you made a request for football seats or parking you will be notified 3-4 weeks after the renewal deadline.

Q. Why does it take 3-4 weeks to notify me of any requests?
After the deadline we drop all unpaid seats and parking. We take care of any problems and concerns. We begin to look through all requests made and begin assigning seats. If we are able to accommodate your request you will be notified as soon as possible.

Q. When are tickets mailed out?
If you renewed your season tickets online your tickets will be mailed out at the end of July. If you renewed by phone, fax, mail, or walk up your tickets will be mailed at the beginning of August.

Q. What tickets are not mailed out?
Lifepass (UM Retiree), Trade-Outs, Corporate, Motorvator, and tickets requested not to be mailed may be picked up at the Adams Center Box Office after August 20th.
