Box Office & Ticket Information

GrizTix is the official ticketing service provider for the Adams Center, Grizzly Athletics, and UMArts as well as other venues on the University of Montana Campus and in the Missoula community.  The GrizTix Box Office is located in the west lobby of the Adams Center, while the UMArts Box Office is located in the lobby of the PARTV Building across from the Adams Center.

Regular Business Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Events:
Unless otherwise specified, the Box Office and Will Call opens one hour prior to events and remains open most of the way through the event.  To find information on box office hours for a specific event, please call the Box Office at (406) 243.4051.

Football Game Day:
The Adams Center Box Office is open 3 hours before Kickoff through Halftime on Football Game Day.

Basketball Hours:
The Adams Center Box Office is open at 10:00AM for 2:00PM games and at 3:00PM for 7:00PM games.

LOCATION

The Adams Center Box Office is located in the west lobby of the Adams Center at 6th and Van Buren on the University of Montana Campus.  20-minute parking spaces are reserved for Adams Center Box Office customers directly in front of the venue on 6th street.

ONLINE PURCHASES

GrizTix acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket for an event, GrizTix will be handling the transaction and collecting payment on behalf of the event promoter.

Ticket Limits
At a promoter's request, GrizTix may limit the number of tickets a customer or household is allowed to purchase. If a show has a ticket limit, it will be noted on the event page. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by GrizTix at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Pricing and Availability
GrizTix.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands, etc., which means GrizTix.com does not set the ticket prices, discounts, groups rates, presales or determine seating locations and price breakdowns. Tickets are sold through several distribution points, including online at GrizTix.com, Adams Center phones, Adams Center Box Office and various GrizTix Outlets. Unless specified otherwise by the show's promoter, all distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, GrizTix does not control this inventory or its availability.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, your order is not complete. We highly recommend you contact the Adams Center Box Office if you have reason to question whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. When your order is fully completed, GrizTix sends an e-mail confirmation to you. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN E-MAIL FROM GRIZTIX, YOU MAY NOT HAVE TICKETS.

Payment Methods
GrizTix.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash is accepted for window sales, and checks are accepted at Adams Center windows for some but not all events.

Convenience Fees
Tickets purchased online, by phone or at any of our GrizTix outlets are subject to a non-refundable per-ticket convenience fee.

Opening Acts
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. GrizTix is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be given if an opening act is changed or canceled.

Delivery Options
GrizTix.com offers four forms of delivery of tickets.  Tickets may be placed at will call to be picked up prior to show time. Additional fees may apply for some events. USPS (United States Postal Service) mailing option may also be requested (for a charge). Please note, if you request USPS delivery you will be required to sign for your tickets when they are delivered. The third delivery option for some but not all events is Print-at-Home. This option will send you an email with your tickets attached (in Adobe Acrobat .PDF form) for you to print out before arriving to the event. Like tickets printed at our box office, these Print-at-Home tickets are barcoded and will not allow entry for more than one person per ticket. Further instructions are included in the email when you receive your Print-at-Home tickets. The fourth delivery option is Mobile Delivery. Tickets are sent via email in mobile format and are compatible with smart phones only. The .PDF form may be printed from the email. Tickets contain a QR code and will not allow entry for more than one person per ticket.

Multiple Browser Windows
When, ordering tickets online with GrizTix please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.

You may have your security set too high, or your computer may not be set up to accept cookies.

BUYER BEWARE - SECONDARY TICKETING

Official ticket sales for Adams Center events will ALWAYS be through GrizTix.  ALWAYS start at www.GrizTix.com to purchase tickets for events at the Adams Center or other events ticketed through GrizTix.

Many “secondary” ticket outlets lead you to believe that they are the official site for ticket purchases for Adams Center or GrizTix events.   To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or cancelled tickets, always make your purchase through authorized GrizTix outlets only.

CHILDREN'S ADMITTANCE

Unless otherwise specified, children age two years and older must have a ticket to gain admittance to events at the Adams Center and Washington-Grizzly Stadium.  Children under 2 years of age, without a ticket, must sit on an adult’s lap.  PLEASE BE AWARE: Some events require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a valid ticket for admission to the event.  Please call (406) 243-4051 for more information on children’s admittance for specific events.

WILL CALL PICK UP

During regular business hours Will Call is located at the Adams Center Box Office. However, the night of the show Will Call is moved to the same venue as the event.

Purchaser Pick-up
Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the Adams Center Box Office 24-hours after they are purchased with GrizTix online or over the phone. The purchaser must present a photo ID to pick up Will Call tickets.

Alternate Pick-Up
If a person other than the purchaser is picking up will call tickets, the purchaser must call the box office and change the pick-up name on the tickets.  The tickets will remain filed under the purchaser’s name, but the alternate can pick up the tickets with their own photo ID.

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS

  • Be sure to keep your tickets in a secure place away from heat or direct sunlight. 
  • A reprint may be issued for a fee per ticket if proof of purchase and seat location can be verified.
  • The barcodes on the lost or stolen tickets will be invalid after reprints are issued so if the originals are found, be sure to return them to the Adams Center Box Office.
  • This policy is in effect for all tickets sold by GrizTix.
  • If you suspect any tickets have been stolen, report the theft to the Police and provide a copy of the Police report to the Adams Center Box Office.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection. GrizTix sells tickets on behalf of event promoters. Our contracts with them usually prohibit us from making exchanges or giving refunds unless an event is cancelled.

CANCELED EVENTS

Decisions about postponing or canceling shows are made by the promoter. If this happens we post important information on GrizTix.com as we receive it. We also notify GrizTix outlets. We do not offer text messaging, but you can call us.

  • If a show is cancelled, refunds will only be issued through the Adams Center Box Office.
  • Refunds include the base price of the ticket and venue fees if applicable. Ticket service fees are not refunded. Outlet, Internet, and telephone convenience fees are not refunded. Optional USPS Priority Mail fees are not refunded.
  • Tickets purchased with a credit card are refunded to that same card. Please be patient as it can take up to two weeks for the credit to appear.
  • Tickets purchased with cash will be refunded at the Adams Center Box Office and must be brought to the Adams Center Box Office within 30 calendar days of the original show date. However, if you can't get down here to get your refund, please CALL US at 406-243-4051 or 888-666-8262.
  • GrizTix will not be liable for travel, lodging, or any other incidental expenses you might have for the cancelled event.
