The assistant coaches assist the head coach with all phases of running a competitive women's volleyball program which competes at the NCAA Division I level within the Big Sky Conference. Assists the head volleyball coach in all facets of the program including team travel, ordering of equipment, mailings, team functions, fundraising, and other related assignments. Assist in recruiting qualified Division I level student-athletes. Performs administrative duties as assigned by the head coach. Applicants should display a commitment to high ethical standards and academics.

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of and experience with NCAA rules, practices and procedures
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational and administrative skills
Demonstrated skill in the operation of personal computers and related software with the ability to learn new software
Preferred qualifications: Prior coaching experience; division I collegiate playing experience; international playing experience.
