DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

What are protected classes? What are adverse actions?  When does harassment rise to the level of severe or pervasive? What constitutes a hostile work environment? What are my responsibilities in this process? Join us for this training that sheds light on the various aspects of discrimination.

Facilitator: Tami Bishop Rhodes was a mediator and investigator with the Montana Human Rights Bureau and worked for the Montana Department of Labor for 20 years.  She is a consultant providing training and consulting for governmental entities and private businesses.
