F-1 Visa Holders: I-20 Form “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status..."
F-1 Visa Holders: Copy of visa and Letter of Work Authorization
J-1 Visa Holders: DS-2019 “Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor (J-1) Status”
