Housing for International Visitors

One of the services that IP provides to international scholars and researchers is reasonably priced, quality housing within walking distance to the university campus. The buildings and apartments range from historic university district homes to units constructed in recent years. Apartments are fully furnished including a kitchen, living room, bedroom, storage space and laundry facilities. Grocery stores and bus stops can be reached by foot and all units are close to downtown Missoula. Below are some of the units that can be rented on a monthly or semester basis depending on the needs of the international visitors.

638 South 6th St. E. is located in the back of the house. It is a fully-furnished single bedroom apartment, which includes a small kitchen, a living room/dining room and one bathroom. Shared washer and dryer are located in the basement.

642 South 6th St. E. is the upstairs apartment. It is a fully-furnished single bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Shared washer and dryer are located in the basement.

644 South 6th St. E. is the front apartment. It is a fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining room, living room and one bathroom. Shared washer and dryer are located in the basement.

620 S. 6th St. E. is a fully-furnished three-bedroom house with a kitchen, dining room, living room and one bathroom. It has a washer and dryer.

616 S. 6th St. E. is the front apartment. It is a fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Shared washer and dryer are located in the basement.

616.5 S. 6th St. E. is the back apartment. It is a fully-furnished one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Shared washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Lewis and Clark Village is UM's new apartment complex located at 3000 Southwest Higgins Ave. IP manages a two-bedroom fully-furnished unit. The apartment includes a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the ground floor. The UM Park'n'Ride shuttle provides transportation to campus every 10 minutes from 7:25 am to 6:15 pm.
