Missoula Rotary - $500 to a student participating in an IP study abroad program
Scott Ferrell Lewis Scholarship - $500 scholarship for students in any IP study abroad program
Yoshiko Komai - $3000 scholarship for a student attending Toyo University (Japan) through UM's Partner University Program
AIEJ - A scholarship from the Japanese Ministry of Education covering travel and living expenses for a student participating in an IP Japan study abroad program
Monbukagakusho - A scholarship from the Japanese Ministry of Education covering travel and living expenses for a student attending Kumamoto or Sophia University (Japan) through UM's Partner University Program
ISEP- Scholarships available for students participating in an ISEP program
Scholarships distributed annually to students at The University of Montana participating in an academic credit bearing Study Abroad Program. Students participating in UM sponsored and non-UM sponsored study abroad programs eligible to apply:
The Dailey Study Abroad Scholarships - Two $1500 scholarships jointly administered by the Davidson Honors College and International Programs. Criteria include foreign language leaning and preference is given to individuals born in Montana participating in a full year study abroad program. Al Price Opportunity fund for internationally-oriented undergraduate research International Programs, in collaboration with the International Committee, is pleased to announce the call for proposals for the Al Price Opportunity Fund for UM undergraduate students conducting a research project with an international focus. NSEP (David L. Boren Scholarship for undergraduate students) Please submit by 1/25/2010 your online application and the following hard copy materials to International Programs in International Center: 2-3 references, official transcripts from all universities or colleges attended, one page study abroad program description for organized study abroad programs OR two letters of support for direct enrollment/individually arranged study (one from the home and host institution), language self-assessment, and language proficiency form (optional). A time will be set up for your application's campus review between 1/26-1/29/2010.
