Article XII. Ratification
The constitution needs only a simple majority of the votes cast to be ratified. Any terms of disagreement shall be clarified and resolved before the process of ratification takes place.
Article XIII. Amendments
Fifteen days notice in writing shall be given to the members of any proposed amendment and of the meeting at which it is to be voted upon. It shall be passed by a two-thirds majority vote of the votes cast by at least one-fifth of the members of the association.
