Article I. Name
The name of this association is The University of Montana International Student Association (I.S.A.).
Article II. Purpose
To form an organization that supports the welfare of foreign students in coordination with Foreign Student and Scholar
Services (FSSS) at the University of Montana.To organize activities and to promote cultural exchange and understanding
among students, staff, and faculty of all nations and members of the local community.
Article III. Membership
Section 1. Membership is open to all students enrolled at the University of Montana. Members join by completing a
membership form.
Section 2. Members that have attended 3 or more meetings may vote.
Voting: A quorum of officers (one-half plus one) must be present at any meeting at which matters of business are voted
upon.
Section 3. Members are allowed to voice their ideas, which then are brought to the officers for voting. Participation
in setting up of activities, and attending them are available to all members.
