Critical Service Outage Today

Dear Campus Community-

The following services/applications will not be available this evening, Monday, March 4th from 5:15 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.:

• Academic Planner
• Course Search
• Cyberbear
• iTunesU

The reason for this outage is that the Central IT department must perform a critical upgrade to the backend database that exists behind these systems.

The databases included are:

• ADMN
• HELENA
• MyHC
• AUADMN
• UMDW
• REPORT
• AUDW
• TEST11
• HCTST11
• ALUMRED.

The outage will only last from 5:15pm - 12:00am and the services are expected to be restored after that time.
