Information Technology
Information Technology supports a wide range of educational technology services and installations. Learning Spaces include multimedia classrooms, computer labs, and video conferencing rooms. Multimedia classrooms are equiped with presentation systems for computer presentations and DVD/VCR playback. Computer labs provide internet access and software applications to the University community in the University Center, Liberal Arts, and Fine Arts buildings.
Information Technology provides video conferencing services for classes, meetings, and presentations. Video conferencing can be utuilized to connect with presentors at off-site locations, conduct meetings without travel, and for distance education courses.
Information Technology provides multimedia production services. Audio and video recordings are produced in multiple formats, including podcasts for use on iTunesU. Production equipment can be check-out from IT Central. Editing stations are avaiable for post-production work.
