Introducing UM Solutions Center
The UM Solutions Center provides a hub for students, faculty, and staff to access IT services, support, and knowledge. It also provides tools for collaborative project management. You can access the Solutions Center from any page that has the "UM Solutions Center" button in the top navigation bar, or by going to umt.edu/solutions.
The Solutions Center launched in January, 2018 as a partnership between eight units on campus. The ultimate goal is to provide one online location for many types of campus services and support beyond just IT.

What you'll find in the Solutions Center
The services catalog allows you to find and request services online, and track completion of your service requests. Visit the Services catalog
If you need help resolving an issue, you can request support online and track your support ticket through resolution. This requires authentication with your NetID. View Support request
The Solutions Center knowledge base is a collection of articles and how-to's designed to quickly provide answers your questions. Check out the Knowledge base
The Solutions Center includes project portfolio management tools that support large, complex projects and collaborative work.
