IT Short Course Overview

Welcome to the IT Short Course training program presented by Client Support Services staff, a division of Information Technology.

• Enrollment Policy
  • The IT Short Course classes are provided free of charge to all faculty, staff, and students --- with the exception of the Banner classes. Students are not eligible to register for Banner classes unless they are student workers for a department and their job duties require Banner access. Supervisor approval is required.
• Cancellation Policy
  • If you register for a class and cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before the class or you will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.
  • The processing fee will also be charged if more than 25% of the sessions are missed in a multi-day class.
  • IT reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than five people registered. Registrants will be given 24 hour advance notice before the class is cancelled.
• Class Location
  • All classes unless otherwise noted will be held in the IT Training Lab located in the Liberal Arts building, room 139.
