Primary Functions

The Department of Accounting and Finance is seeking to fill a tenure-track position in accounting at the assistant or associate professor level with the appointment beginning in late August 2010.

The primary areas of teaching responsibility is expected to be cost/managerial, with a secondary teaching area in AIS or tax preferred.

Successful candidates are expected to teach undergraduate and master level courses, maintain an active research agenda, and engage in service activities. At the graduate level, the School of Business Administration offers both an MBA and a Masters of Accountancy program.
Qualifications

  • Applicants must have completed their Ph.D. prior to the starting date of employment.
  • Professional certification is desirable.
