Tenure-track faculty position in the College of Health Professions and Biomedical Sciences (CHPBS) in the field of exposure assessment and education/outreach as part of the University of Montana's NIH-funded Center for Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) in Environmental Health Sciences.
The candidate will be expected to contribute to service in BMED and SPCHS as well as contribute to graduate and undergraduate educational programs.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree (M.D. and/or Ph.D.) and a history of a successful research program as evidenced by a strong publication record and current research funding.
We specifically seek a candidate with research interests in particulate matter and source apportionment with experience in wood smoke exposure studies.
Successful candidates will be expected to establish a vigorous externally funded research program that complements existing efforts in the COBRE and the participating academic units.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary
Collaborative team *experience working with federal, state and local environmental agencies
A record of outreach/education projects with high school students
Experience working with rural and Native American communities
