Primary Functions

  • Must maintain teaching assignments for classes.
  • Teaching load may include online and face-to-face classes, with some travel.
  • Plan course instruction based upon approved syllabus/outline provided, to assure course content and objectives are met.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching styles and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles of students.
  • Design, administer and grade examinations to assess achievement of course objectives as identified in the syllabus.
  • Work with Program Director to maintain ASHP accreditation standards of program.
  • Qualifications

  • Must be registered in Montana as a Pharmacist.
  • Minimum of three years experience in the field.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and motivational skills.
  • Teaching experience beneficial, but not required.
  • Program Overview/Environment

    ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Technician training program. It is a Fall semester, Winter session, and Spring semester program that has both face-to-face and online components in order to reach students accross Montana.
