Position supports the Bitterroot College Program (BCP) by conducting all administrative functions including student recruitment, student enrollment services, and program coordination. Position also serves as the primary contact for the BCP. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Advising current and prospective college students on admissions, financial aid, general course selection, registration, and University policies and procedures
Conducting career exploration, new student information, and new student orientation sessions
Managing registration and fee collection for BCP continuing education programming
Managing BCP textbook sales and buyback services
Training, scheduling, and supervising work study students and volunteers
Scheduling appointments for the Interim Director and scheduling/coordinating BCP events
Producing attractive, professional, clearly written communications
Managing time and projects appropriately while ensuring accuracy and exhibiting excellent customer service skills
Assisting and collaborating with the BCP Interim Director, BCP Steering Committee, UM/UM-COT representatives, educational partners, and local stakeholders in the development and implementation of local adult learning services
The job location for this position is in Hamilton, Montana. This position works occasional evenings and weekends, and travels occasionally for presentations and meetings.

| Minimum Job Qualifications |
|
High school graduation and two to three (2 - 3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated ability to write, edit and lay out documents and materials in a variety of formats suitable for the intended audience

Demonstrated skill in fast, accurate keyboarding, proofreading and editing
Demonstrated skill and ability to operate standard office equipment: printers, copiers, fax machine, multi-line phone system
