Position properly receives, stores, inventories, and delivers all food, equipment and supplies for the Cascade Country Store (CCS); accurately
reconciles all purchase requisitions with invoices; maintains cleanliness, sanitation, safety and organization of all storage areas; maintains proper
inventory procedures including stock rotation; stocks shelves and maintains shelf conditions in the CCS; assists as a CCS cashier to process cash,
check, and Griz Card transactions using a computerized cash register system and reconciles transactions at the end of each shift as needed during
peak business periods
Position will operate UM vehicles and related equipment; perform constant physical activity while unloading and stocking products; demonstrate
knowledge of standard receiving procedures, storeroom organization, and standard methods of storing food products; keep accurate records
(including but not limited to: time and temperature limits for food products and storage areas); demonstrate knowledge of personal computers
and related software with the ability to learn specialized software; perform accurate data entry; demonstrate organizational and time management
skills; utilize cash handling skills to verify currency and coin quickly efficiently and accurately; demonstrate basic mathematical computation
skills; establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, supply vendors and guests; demonstrate
ability to cross-train to support the Food Zoo cooking staff; demonstrate initiative and ability to work in a team environment; work an irregular
work schedule; will attain ServSafe certification within one year of employment; posses, or be able to obtain, a Montana Driver’s license

| Minimum Job Qualifications |

High school graduation and two (2) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
|

| Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities |
|
Demonstrated knowledge of standard receiving procedures, storeroom organization, and standard methods of storing food products
Skill and experience in food safety and sanitation guidelines in receiving and storing food products
Knowledge of or the ability to learn cash handling practices and procedures
Effective guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including ability to work with diverse population
Skill in use of personal computers and related software
Must be able to work an irregular work schedule
Must be able to attain ServSafe certification within one year of original hire date with UDS
Must posses, or be able to obtain, a Montana Driver’s license
