Get
ready for another terrific round of classes and workshops,
lots of hands-on learning with journalism professionals and
J-school
faculty, good food, and three days of fun with high school
journalism students from around Montana and the United States.
We’ll put out another special Camp Edition newspaper,
have a softball rematch, and explore Missoula-area newsrooms.
J-Campers live in Aber Hall on the UM campus with student mentors
from the University of Montana Journalism School, who oversee all
activities.
Most meals are served in the Food Zoo across the Oval. Campers
will keep busy with classes and planned activities, but there’s
plenty of time to hike to the famous “M” on nearby
Mount Sentinel, shop in the campus bookstore and just lounge
on the lawn.
