Matthew Pritchard was born in LaGrange, Ill. and moved to Missoula when he was in eighth grade. He attended Loyola Sacred Heart High School and is currently a junior studying print journalism at the University of Montana. Matt enjoys traveling and in the fall of 2002 spent 100 days traveling around the world on Semester at Sea. Some of the highlights included Cambodia; Cape Town, South Africa; Kenya; the Great Wall and Japan. Other interests include listening to music, playing guitar and snowboarding.
