Kelly Jackson is a sophomore at the University of Montana who was born in Missoula, but grew up in Billings, Mont., where she has three younger sisters. She is a second-generation Griz whose parents both graduated from UM, and she is happy to be back in Missoula. She is currently a pre-journalism major and will apply to the UM Journalism School’s print or photo program next spring.

Along with writing and photography, Jackson’s other interests include dancing, hiking, camping, drama and traveling whether it be outside the United States or in Montana.
