The  University of Montana School of Law's 60th Annual Tax Institute features a distinguished faculty of national tax practitioners and scholars who will address a broad range of current income tax and estate and gift tax planning topics.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards: 9.0 hrs. 

Montana Board of Continuing Legal Education: 10.5 CLE (including 1.0 ethics)

Wyoming State Bar: Approved 10.0 CLE credits (Including 1.0 ethics)

North Dakota Bar:  Participants may submit their certificate of attendance following the Tax Institute for credit.

Enrolled Agent:  Pre-approval not required

Insurance Agents: Attendance by participant must be submitted within two weeks of the Institute

The registration fee for the Tax Institute is $300 if received by October 15, 2012.  After October 15, the registration fee is $350.  This fee covers tuition, presentation outlines, continental breakfast and lunch on Friday and continental breakfast on Saturday.

A full refund is available if the cancellation is received by October 15, 2012.  Cancellations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee if submitted after October 15, 2012.  Substitutions are welcome.

Griz Football: The University of Montana vs. Idaho State
Saturday, October 27, 2011, kickoff at 1:05 p.m.

To obtain football tickets for the Griz vs. Idaho State game on October 27, 2012, call the Adams Center Ticket Office at 406.243.4051 and request tickets in the "Tax Institute Block" before October 15th.  The tickets are $35.00 each, including mailing and handling.  Tickets are available on a first comefirst serve basis until block is sold out.
