Amy O. Duerk has worked with Phillips Haffey in Missoula, Montana since 2001 after practicing in San Francisco, California, with Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe. Ms. Duerk’s principal areas of practice with Phillips Haffey include insurance coverage and unfairness litigation, legal malpractice, and complex business litigation.
