Professor Chuck Willey 

This course deals primarily with issues of real estate transactions and development, including mortgages and other security devices, subdivisions (including condominiums), and income-producing property. The course serves as a sequel to Property II (see simple conveyancing) and it complements the real estate content of such courses as Agricultural Law, Local Government, Taxation of Property Transactions, and Advanced Environmental Law.
