ADVANCED PUBLIC LAND AND RESOURCES LAW
LAW 619
2 credits

Professor Raymond Cross

This seminar focuses on the emerging law and theory of ecosystem management as revitalizing our ability to conserve and preserve America's public lands. Four categories of public natural resources— minerals; wildlife; forests; and wilderness— set the context for our examination of the "ecosystem way of thinking" as the basis for reformulating our legal and practical strategies for managing our public lands.
