ADVANCED PUBLIC LAND LAW
LAW 619
2 credits |
Professor Raymond Cross
|
| This seminar focuses on the emerging law and theory of ecosystem management as revitalizing our ability to conserve and preserve America's public lands. Four categories of public natural resources— minerals; wildlife; forests; and wilderness— set the context for our examination of the "ecosystem way of thinking" as the basis for reformulating our legal and practical strategies for managing our public lands. |
