Professor Mary Gallagher 

The course addresses most primary federal and state laws related to individuals with disabilities. The course emphasis is on disability rights as they pertain to public entities, private entities, employers, education, and housing. Students have the option to explore additional areas of interest related to individuals with disabilities through a class paper.

Student teams perform an accessibility survey as a class exercise which students have found instructive and enlightening. Class participation is an integral part of this course.
