Professor Mary Gallagher

The course addresses most primary federal and state laws related to individuals with disabilities. The course emphasis is on disability rights as they pertain to public entities, private entities, employers, education, and housing. Student teams perform an accessibility survey as a class exercise which students have found instructive and enlightening. Class participation is an integral part of this course.
