ENVIRONMENTAL LAW II
LAW 649
3 credits |
Professor Jack Tuholske
|
| Environmental Law II provides an in-depth look at three areas of environmental
law: the National Environmental Policy Act and its
state counterpart, the Montana Environmental Policy
Act, the Endangered Species Act, and toxics/waste disposal.
In addition, the class touches upon Montana environmental law under the
Montana Environmental Policy Act, Montana Constitution and the public trust doctrine
as applied in Montana. The instructor uses his twenty years
of litigation experience to add a practice-oriented
approach. |
