Professor David Aronofsky

Students examine international business and trade law issues affecting practicing lawyers. Although specific topics may vary, students study international trade cases and legal issues involving WTO, NAFTA, the European Union, and other regional trade organizations; international intellectual property law developments; international transactions; business structures and commercial litigation; anti-corruption and other laws applicable to developing countries. Students may use the course, usually offered each spring semester, to satisfy the Advanced Writing Requirement.
