Professor David Aronofsky 

This course, offered in even-year summers to Law and Education graduate students, focuses on contemporary court cases affecting elementary and secondary education. Issues covered include student and teacher free speech; school violence; educator and student due process; special education law developments; sexual and other forms of illegal harassment and discrimination in the schools; and religion in public education.
