The student explores employment related
injury and occupational disease reparation systems,
with a focus on Montana law. The course will
focus on a dissection of the Montana Workers’ Compensation
Act with specific consideration of applicable Montana
Workers’ Compensation Court and Montana Supreme
Court interpretations. Special attention will

law in Montana and the students will be given the opportunity
