AULD LANG SYNE: Silver and Gold Rules of Civil Procedure.
We're naturally resistant to change, and naturally subject to it. The
key is to keep auld acquaintances and make new ones, and this CLE will
help you do that. The Federal Rules were amended substantially recently;
this CLE will introduce you to the amendments. It will also discuss the
Montana Rules of Civil Procedure, and alert you to similarities and differences
between the state and federal rules. So put "Update on Civil Procedure Rules" on
your resolution list, and check it off before January expires. It's easier
and more fun than losing weight...plus it's free.
