Attractive Environment

Architect Sketch, Looking NorthThe new facility will be an attractive and inviting place that reflects the School's tradition of excellence in the students who attend, the distinguished lecturers who visit, and the reputable alumni who serve our communities.

Our architects carefully integrated the old with the new. The exterior of the new wing will be faced with red brick like those in the 1961 facility. The exterior and the interior of the 1961 facility will be modified to include many of the same building details found in the new wing.

The 1961 facility will have new energy efficient windows, a much needed new roof, additional insulation, and better temperature controls, including an energy efficient air conditioning system. Throughout the renovated and new facility, materials will be used which are durable and easy to maintain.

Carolyn Ennis
"I believe in the law school renovation project. Well-educated attorneys provide methods of problem solving in communities large and small, and in business life. They volunteer for boards, they make civic life run smoothly—in general, they contribute to civility. Handsome surroundings with up-to-date materials and equipment are inspirational to professor and student alike and indicate that learning and the profession are valued."
