Phil Cousineau came to the School of Law in 2001. He oversees the acquisitions of library materials and library expenditures, assists with technical aspects of administering final exams, and coordinates the hiring of library staff. He is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and WestPac (Western Pacific Chapter of the AALL).
Since his arrival, he has brought the automated circulation system on line, classifed and reorganized large portions of the collection, and trained the staff in using the Voyager acquisitions, cataloging and circulation systems.
He received a philosophy degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Library Science from the University of Texas.
