Of course, that wasn't the last time I needed his services. I had a total Spyware immobilization which James took two days to clear up, store all my notes and files and reload my entire system. He has helped me with printing problems, Blackboard acquisition problems, resetting my password, not once but twice, all with the patience of Job and the calm reassurance of a computer saint. He has made my life much less stressful by not only being available to help during the day but also has provided all of us with an after hours e-mail address, clearly above and beyond the scope of his duties."
