Legal Issue
You would like to develop a ski resort near Whitefish, Montana, on Flathead National Forest land. You have talked with a few people and have learned that the National Forest Ski Area Permit Act requires you to apply for a permit so you need to look up that Act and find out how to get a permit. It seems to you that everytime somebody wants to develop a ski resort, somebody files a lawsuit and you would like to see what some of those cases say.
