Making of Modern Law: Legal Treatises, 1800–1926 (MOML Link)

This database is a comprehensive full-text collection of Anglo-American legal treatises. Its 22,000 titles feature casebooks, local practice manuals, form books, works for lay readers, pamphlets, letters, speeches, and other works from the most influential writers and legal thinkers of the time.

The collection traces the evolution of historical and contemporary legal thought in the United States and the United Kingdom during this period of monumental change. It provides researchers with a logical, interdisciplinary approach to the study of modern law and allows a vast segment of the literature of law to be quickly searched by specific keywords or phrases, full text, author, title, date, subject, source library, and more.

National Consumer Law Center Digital Library

The complete text of all NCLC treatises is now available updated and online. This site integrates everything you need: chapters, appendices, supplemental pleadings, primary sources, practice tools, search, a bookstore, and more.

The Yearbook of International Environmental Law was established in 1990 and since then has become a renowned publication. YIEL is a vital source of information and analysis in the crucial and rapidly evolving field that is environmental law.
