This is a practical course on Montana real estate transactions, covering both the theory and "how to do it" examples, including listings and other real estate association forms, brokers, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, water law basics, minerals, easements, restrictive covenants, condominiums, mortgages, deeds of trust, contracts for deed, promissory note provisions, options and rights of first refusal, and title insurance. It also complements the real estate content of such courses as Agricultural Law, Local Government, Taxation of Property Transactions, and Advanced Environmental Law.
