Fall-LAW 600/Spring-LAW 601 - Section Numbers Vary By Clinic
Third-year students obtain practical legal experience by serving in a clinic. Students are required to take 4 credits of clinic. Credits are generally taken 2 each semester. This requirement reinforces our goal of preparing students for the practice of law. The clinical program engages students in applying, enhancing, and integrating substantive and skills components of legal education, improves their ability to identify and resolve ethical issues, and assesses student performance in a practice setting. Students can select from 23 clinical offerings.
