This course begins with an in-depth study of the formation, interpretation, and enforcement of contracts for the sale of goods under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. The class will also review selected provisions of checks and electronic payments under Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
