LAW 657
This course covers product liability law and includes an in-depth examination of strict liability in tort, warranty, and failure to warn theories of liability. The course includes a study of landmark cases from all jurisdictions with a closer examination of Montana law. Depending on class size, the matters are presented in a seminar fashion and students are expected to participate. Guest speakers are invited to make presentations at various times throughout the semester.
