This course focuses on international treaties and legal relations among governments; human rights; asylum and refugees; war crimes and the laws of war; international family law issues and international criminal law issues.

Students may use the course, usually offered each fall semester, to satisfy the Advanced Writing Requirement and as an elective for the Indian Law Certificate.
