This course, offered each summer for 2 weeks to law and MBA students, focuses on significant Cyberlaw issues including the Internet and free speech; computer crimes and torts; data privacy; domains and intellectual property; government regulation of technology; electronic commerce; and non-US legal developments. The course also looks at cutting edge biotechnology issues.
