This class explores the appropriateness of using the criminal law against corporations, corporate officers, and public officials. The course studies the principle white collar criminal statutes: conspiracy, wire and mail fraud, false statements, obstruction of justice. In addition, we explore criminal use of environmental regulatory statutes, such as the Clean Air Act.
