The project has placed a strong focus on the empowerment of women through its educational programming, particularly in advocating for gender parity in schools as well as in the government. One of the key ways this is achieved is through the provision of scholarships from primary school level to professional training and university level, particularly aimed at girls (approximately 85% of our scholarships go to vulnerable girls and minority), as well as other activities such as girls counselors, life skills aimed to attract girls to stay in school and girls clubs. It also builds capacity for Commune Education For All Committee members (CEFACs) to promote women and girls in education and skill-build programmes.   I am very happy to attend the Women Empowerment Program. It is important to my program and organization and also it is a good opportunity to develop long-term links with U.S and share goods ideas and best practice in the future.
