Suhan Chen is a Beijing native who serves as the Assistant Director of Mansfield Center and the Executive Director of Confucius Institute at The University of Montana, in charge of the Institute's community outreach and Chinese language and culture education for K-12 schools in Montana as well as some other China related exchange programs for the Center. Ms. Chen worked as an editor of international news for China Central Television (CCTV) and as a reporter in training for the Science Department of Guangming Daily prior to her education in Japan and the U.S. She is fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese. She has been one of the young leaders of Pacific Forum CSIS (Center for Strategic and International Studies)-Young Leader Program since 2007. She served as the interpreter and onsite coordinator for Montana Govenor Steve Bullock's "Trade Mission" delegation to China in 2014 and represented the University of Montana in leading Montana cultural groups to China as a pre-Olympic Sino-US exchange program in 2008 and for four performances at Shanghai Expo in 2010.

Siwei is a student at the University of Montana, studying Accounting. He is in his first year Master program. He joined the Mansfield Center in September 2016 and provides support to the Confucius Institute and the Mansfield Center.
