Catherine Jones is a fiction writer and screenwriter. She has worked most recently with Full Glass Films, River Bend Pictures, and director Danny Leiner, adapting the manuscript of her novel, The Ceremony, into a feature-length screenplay. An early draft of the manuscript was a finalist for the Dana Award in the Novel. Her writing has appeared in Black Warrior Review, Identity Theory, and Edna. In 2010, she was a resident of the Millay Colony for the Arts and received a Montana Arts Council grant. She has been a writer in residence at Marian Pritchett School, on the faculty of Writers @ Harriman and the 406 Writers' Workshop, and an adjunct instructor at Boise State University and University of Montana.
