Extra-Curricular Activities

Cadets in the Battalion are given the opportunity for unique extra-curricular activities, not offered to the normal student body. 

 Color Guard: Honoring our nation in formal flag-bearing ceremonies. 

 Boom Crew: Sounding off the canon, from the field, at Grizzly football games.

 Ranger Challenge: Advanced physical fitness training, followed by the Ranger Challenge event. The event is one day long, and covers an APFT, land navigation course, Field Leader's Reaction Course, and various other soldiering tasks. 

 Other unique opportunities are also afforded to cadets, ranging from helping in community events to acting as the Opposing Force for the Missoula County S.W.A.T. Team.
