Contemporary Montana Artists: This collection includes a number of a internationally renowned artists currently living in Montana, such as Phoebe Toland (winner of the 2005 Adolph and Esther Gottlieb Foundation Fellowship), resident directors of the Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts Lela Autio and Rudy Autio, pioneers of modernism Gennie DeWeese and Robert DeWeese, Freeman Butts, Jesse Wilber, Frances Senska, Peter Voulkos, Missoula-born Jay Rummel, Jerry Rankin, James Todd, John Buck, Theodore Waddell, photographer Richard Buswell, Dana Boussard and Dennis Kern, among others.
